Specialised for the individuals who want to achieve the most out of exercise, they are conducted by instructors who have a special interest and passion in the class they instruct.

If you would prefer to exercise with a group or need that discipline to exercise in the morning or evening, then the trewacademy Boot Camp is for you.

Our qualified trainers will give you the commands you need to get into shape.
